Hey UPP family! Spring has officially sprung. The flowers and trees are blooming, which is doing a number on our sinuses I'm sure. But in spite of the sneezing and wheezing some of us are experiencing, it's still a beautiful sight to behold... God's masterpiece. With Spring comes Spring Cleaning; a time of clearing out the clutter and wiping away all the dirt and grime, which feels good to the soul. At Uncle Paul's Pies we keep a clean and clutter free kitchen all year long, but especially in Spring. A clean kitchen makes for a better tasting pie in my opinion.
